Job Description
Finger Lakes Health is in search of a full-time Cardiologist to join a well-established practice at Geneva General Hospital and Soldier and Sailors Memorial Hospital. This position is non-invasive Cardiologist position. Finger Lakes Health will accept H1 Visas and J1 Visas along with Green Card holders. We do offer a relocation package, CME money, and malpractice coverage. We offer a competitive health care benefit plan. This position would be located at Geneva General Hospital and on call and rounding at Thompson Hospital. Work schedule would be 8- 430 pm, 4.5 days per week. The call-in requirements are 1 in 9 with a call radius of 30 miles. This clinic mainly over sees adult patients that are inpatient and outpatient. There are 3 to 5 hospital consultants done in a day along with Echo, Nuc, TEE and Cardioversion procedures.
The interview process for this position is an onsite visit with FLH/URMC Cardiologists and Finger Lakes Health will reimburse for travel and lodging.
Certification requirements: Finger Lakes Health requires Board-eligible or Certified in Cardiovascular Disease.
Certifications required for this position are PALS & ACLS

Geneva General Hospital (GGH), founded in 1898, is a 105-bed general acute care hospital providing both primary care and a full range of secondary level services. Geneva General Hospital operates a 14-bed intensive care unit and telemetry unit as well as pediatric beds.
A full range of Diagnostics are available at GGH including spiral CT scanning, nuclear medicine, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), cardiovascular diagnostics and complete gastroenterology service.
Geneva General Hospital's 13-station outpatient Dialysis Center and inpatient acute treatment center services residents from a four-county area in the Finger Lakes.
