Job Description
The senior Orthopedic physician has been in practice for 40 years (plans to practice for 5-7 more years)
Call is 1 in 3
Support staff of 70 ( PT’s, PTA’s, PA’s, ) also Physiatrist on staff.
Salary is competitive.
Sign on bonus
Malpractice
Vacation 1st full yr 10 days, 2nd yr 15 days 3rd yr 20 days
Relocation up to $5,000.00
Medical paid for the Doc and family.
Life/STD/LTD Life Ins capped at $100.000 short term $6,000 per month
CME short year approx. $2500.00 2nd year $5000.00 3rd year $7000.00
Profit sharing must work one full year/1000 hours then 1st of Jan or 1st of July whichever date is closer after meeting eligibility (approx. 6% to 6.25% annually)
